MRH DEY & CO., Chartered Accountants with a legacy of more than two and half decades old experience as public Practicing Audit Firm resulted from amalgamation of two proprietorship firms namely M.R. DEY & Co, Chartered Accountants which was founded on February 01, 1982 by Mr. Mono Ranjan Dey, FCA and H. DEY & Co., Chartered Accountants which was started by Mr. Haradhan Dey, FCA on July 01, 1998.

The merger took place on & from April 01, 2005 with two partners Mr. Mono Ranjan Dey, FCA and Mr. Haradhan Dey, FCA under permission from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). Since then Mr. M.R. DEY, FCA has been designated as the managing partner.

For sustainable development, to adhere with the requirement of various regulators and enhancement of quality of services, subsequently on June 26, 2023 MRH DEY& CO., Chartered Accountants has become a full member of IECnet (a global network of Auditors, Accountants and Consultants) based in France.

MRH DEY & CO., Chartered Accountants has two offices in Bangladesh. Principal Office is in Chattogram, the Prot City (also known as commercial city of the country) and the branch office is in Dhaka, the Capital City and commercially most important area of Bangladesh. The Principal office is located at Taher Chamber (1st Floor), 10, Agrabad Commercial Area, Chattogram- 4100 and the Dhaka Branch office of the Firm is located at 32, Mymensingh Lane (5th Floor), Flat-6A, Bangla Motor, Dhaka-1000.

At present MRH DEY & CO., Chartered Accountants has 04 (Four) partners with cumulative experiences of over 40 years in the fields of audit & assurance, accounting, investigation, taxation, secretarial services, corporate finance, corporate laws, management consultancy, valuation appraisal, information technology, consultancy in public offering and fund raising, feasibility and market study etc.
